Jindřich Vítek is an attorney and founding partner of GÜRLICH VÍTEK & PARTNERS. He specializes in legal fields where public and private law converge, particularly commercial law and public procurement. In recent years, he has also focused on laws relating to transportation infrastructure. His clientele includes some of the largest transport infrastructure managers in the Czech Republic, companies listed in the CZECH TOP 100, municipalities, and prominent healthcare service providers.

 

He serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and is a member of several appellate commissions. Actively involved in legislative activities, he prepares and reviews draft laws for various ministries and assists in drafting amendments for parliamentarians. He is also a member of the expert group of the Ministry of Regional Development concerning the Public Procurement Act and previously served on the Civil Law Commission of the Legislative Council of the Government of the Czech Republic.

 

Engaged in teaching and lecturing, he instructs courses on public procurement and delivers presentations for private entities and government agencies at both state and local levels. As an author and co-author of numerous monographs, he regularly contributes to professional legal publications.
